Delivery service process
Daily cut-off time: 03:00 PM
Earliest delivery can be arranged on the following day for orders placed and paid on or before the daily cut-off time.
Delivery area: Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.
Non-delivery areas: Discovery Bay, Chek Lap Kok, Siu Ho Wan, Ma Wan, Noah’s Ark, Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, or other outlying islands and restricted areas.

From March 1, 2023, Monday to Sunday 11:00am-09:00pm, the actual situation is subject to the arrangement of the day.

Special delivery arrangements for typhoons or bad weather
When the typhoon signal No. 8 (or above) or a black rainstorm is hoisted, the delivery service is suspended, and delivery time will be arranged separately. The actual situation is subject to the arrangement on the day.
About 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery, the driver will call the customer about the delivery time. Please ensure that someone picks up the goods within the selected time period.
